Terms & Conditions of Refund

1.1. Full Refund (100%)

A full refund will be issued if the project is cancelled before any development work has commenced, or if Mucasoft Ltd entirely fails to deliver the mutually agreed-upon core features.

1.2. Partial Refund (Pro-rated)

If the project is halted mid-way, a partial refund will be calculated based on the hours already worked. Costs incurred for premium assets/plugins are strictly non-refundable.

1.3. No Refund Policy

Strictly no refunds will be issued once the project is completed, approved by the client, and delivered/deployed.

1.4. Client Unresponsiveness

If the client fails to provide necessary feedback or communication for more than 14 consecutive days, Mucasoft Ltd reserves the right to pause or terminate the project without any refund.
